Orlando Health announced that, for the third year in a row, St. Cloud Hospital was selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare.
Modern Healthcare bases its selections on the results of an assessment questionnaire conducted in March and April by a workforce Research Group.
Orlando Health team members were randomly selected to participate in the survey, which gathered feedback about work environment, communications, job satisfaction and compensation. “We are so honored to be acknowledged by this award, for the third time, again this year,” said St. Cloud Hospital President Brian Wetzel, “Providing outstanding healthcare quality and experiences is truly a team sport and we are thrilled to be working with a team that feels the way they do about the work that they get to do and the fellow team members, leaders and physicians that they get to do it with. I could not be prouder of what this team is accomplishing in serving our community.”
