Finalists named For Osceola's Teacher of the Year, School-Related Employee of the Year

The field of nominees for Osceola School District's Teacher of the Year and School-Related Employee of the Year has been narrowed down to the top ten finalists in both categories, all of whom received word — for many, a surprise visit — from Superintendent Dr. Mark Shanoff announcing the selections

The finalists for Teacher of the Year are:

Luisa Barrios-Cremonesi - Celebration High, World Language teacher
Vimarie Colon Rodriguez - Poinciana High,  English Language Arts teacher
Vanessa Gomez - Osceola Technical Education College, Medical Assistant instructor
Nicole Grayek - Canoe Creek K-8, Math and Science coach
Brianna Kraus - Hickory Tree Elementary, AVID Coordinator
Kimberly Molineaux - St. Cloud Elementary, Music teacher 
Nancy Rivera - East Lake Elementary, Dual Language teacher
Christine Roy - Celebration K-8, fifth-grade teacher
Susan Tribit - Highlands Elementary, Math and Science Coach
Tina Wybiral - St. Cloud Middle, Social Studies Teacher

Joseph Brown – Narcoossee Elementary, Head Custodian 
Tristyn Greer – Special Programs, Family Resource Specialist  
Dawn Lobkovich – Risk and Benefits, Risk Management Supervisor 
Roberta Medina – Poinciana High, Executive Secretary  
Debra McCulley – Zenith Accelerated Learning Academy, Paraprofessional  
Dawn Parker – Tohopekaliga High, Executive Secretary
William Skerrett Cruz – Purchasing/Warehouse, Warehouse Supervisor    
Angela Stein – Media and Instructional Technology, Learning Management Systems Supervisor  
Christine Tilford – Harmony Community School, Paraprofessional  

The School District of Osceola County's Teacher of the Year and School-Related Employee of the Year will be announced at the district's annual Education Awards banquet ceremony on March 6, 2024, at Osceola Heritage Park. They will be in the running for the state-level awards, and assume the torch from the reigning Teacher of the Year, East Lake Elementary fifth-grade teacher Tiffany Perry, and School-Related Employee of the Year, District Community Relations Specialist Janae Muchmore.
