Detectives arrest Kissimmee man for child porn
A Kissimmee man was arrested Friday morning after Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives linked his home computer to child pornography.
Jesus Navarro, 21, was arrested and charged with 10 counts of promoting photo or movie sexual performance of a child.
The investigation began in early May, when detectives identified a computer with an IP address that was linked online to child pornography. After further investigation, detectives determined the computer was located at Navarro’s Carriage Run Road home in Kissimmee, Sheriff’s spokesperson Twis Lizasuain said.
Detectives executed a search warrant at the home and took into evidence a computer. Navarro was taken into custody and cooperated with the investigation.
Based on his statements and the evidence, he was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail. The investigation is ongoing, with additional charges pending.
