Central Florida’s tourism industry generated a record-breaking $98.6 billion in total economic impact in 2025, representing a 4.4% increase over the previous year, according to a new study conducted by Tourism Economics, an Oxford Economics company and leading authority on travel and tourism...
On Aug. 17, the club presented $8,000 checks to Help Now of Osceola, the county’s domestic violence advocacy and support group; Hope Partnership, which works to find everyone a safe place to call home; HOME, the county’s outfit helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity, and the Osceola Council on Aging to help provide vital services and support to older adults in our community.

Jeremy Fetzer, who filed multiple ethics complaints against Kissimmee City Commissioner Janette Martinez, has been arrested on a misdemeanor charge related to one of those.Fetzer, 45, reportedly turned himself into the Osceola County Jail on Friday and was held on $1,000 bond.
