Deputies are searching for two burglary suspects who, for the second time, stole money from a McDonald’s restaurant on Sunday after posing as an employee and customer.

At approximately 9:32 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff ’s Office deputies responded to the McDonald’s at 3191 S. John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, after receiving a report of a burglary to the business.

McDonald’s management told deputies that a man posed as an employee, wearing a McDonald’s uniform, entered the business and got behind a cash register. The suspect then started working as a cashier, when a second man approached the cashier and placed an order, according to a Sheriff ’s Office report. The suspect opened the cash register, removed cash from the till, and the two ran out of the business.

The case was the second incident involving the same suspect wearing the McDonald’s uniform, the report stated. The first incident occurred on Dec. 25, at the McDonald’s located at 5725 W. U.S. Highway 192, Kissimmee.

The suspect in the McDonald’s uniform was described a black male, in his mid-20’s, approximately 6-feet, 2-inches tall and 170 pounds.

The second suspect was described as a black male, in his late 20’s, 5-feet, 10-inches tall and 230 pounds.

Anyone with information that can lead to the arrest of these suspects is asked to contact the Osceola County Sheriff ’s Office at 407-348-2222.
