Over 200 guests attended the second annual Lifeboat Project Gala presented by iHeart Media Tuesday in Winter Park.

The Lifeboat Project, and Magic 107.7 Co-Hosts Chad & Leslye In the Morning, hosted the “Yacht Rock Night” Gala dinner at the Alfond Inn in Winter Park, which featured entertainment and a silent and live auction that benefitted The Lifeboat Project’s wraparound services. Those include housing, healthcare, counseling, education, and more for survivors of human trafficking in Central Florida.

Lifeboat CEO/ Founder Jill Bolander Cohen, Board Chairman Ed Gilbert and the entire Board of Directors and staff were on hand to greet guests and educate how important The Lifeboat Project is in Central Florida.

“We had such tremendous support at the Gala, that I was feeling the love in the room, and I now know that most of our guests understand what we do in helping survivors of human trafficking here in our community,” said Bolander Cohen.
