It's back — the fall weather? Soon, we promise.
KUA's Movie in the Park season returns Friday, Oct. 2 for the first "First Friday of the Month" tradition at the Veterans Lawn of Kissimmee Lakefront Park, in partnership with the City of Kissimmee. The free movie event is part of KUA’s annual 6-month Movie in the Park series, held on the first Friday of every month, beginning October through March. Activities begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the movie at sunset around 7:30. Participants are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
The event will feature “Toy Story 5,” shown on a giant 50-foot screen. The movie will also feature closed captioning for the hearing impaired.
Attendees will enjoy KUA’s inflatable Kids Power Zone, craft station, photo booth, free popcorn, and prize giveaways from Sparky, KUA’s official mascot! Children participating in inflatable activities must be accompanied by an adult to sign a waiver. To sign the waiver ahead of time, visit kua.com/waiver.
This Friday, the Kissimmee Valley Farmer's Market will also be in the park at the American Legion lawn from 5-9 p.m.
