August means the arrival of National Water Quality Month – a month dedicated to getting the most out of our limited water supply. Toho Water Authority reminds you that clean water is essential to our health, our agricultural needs, the needs of our planet and should never be taken for granted.

It can be a little hard to explain what Old Town, on West U.S. 192 in Kissimmee, is to someone unfamiliar. It’s a shopping area. And it’s an entertainment complex, with roller coasters and go-karts at Fun Spot next door. And it’s a place to get not-often-found foods.

Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining returns Aug. 27 – Oct. 3, with more than 80 of Orlando’s fine dining restaurants offering $37 three-course, price-fixed meals. Paddlefish at Disney Springs is on the list of local Magical Dining eateries.
