‘Sunday Funday’ at Celebration’s Farmers Market

For most, the weekend is a time for much needed rest and relaxation. Not for the goers of the Celebration Farmers Market.

Right in the middle of Town Center in Celebration is a ‘Sunday Funday’ that may be worth the trip and the experience.

The variety of vendors is what makes this event an experience. Those who go will find everything from fresh produce, to foods, to crafts. While out on a stroll, it’s easy to enjoy great food and tasty beverages while shopping for locally-made crafts and other food to take home.

Charlotte Baggaley, a native of the United Kingdom, stopped in to check out the farmers market while on Florida ‘holiday.’

“This is the perfect opportunity to go have a lil’ mooch, and I’ve got to say, this place was definitely a bit of me. I love it here,” she said. “The views, the atmosphere, the people, everything I love about Florida rolled into one lil’ beautiful town.”

This event has a little of everything for everyone making it a perfect day trip or sampling to revisit to grab your favorite goodies. Seeing travelers and locals enjoy this event makes for some Sunday positive vibes before those Monday workday blues.

“We were out the door by 8:30 a.m. headed to the farmers market. We laughed, ate yummy food, filled our bags with goodies, watched the kids play, then back to the resort and took afternoon naps.” Baggaley said.

Celebration Farmers market takes place every Sunday. Its winter hours (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) will soon be replaced by summer hours (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
