As Halloween approaches, families are looking for safe ways to entertain the kids. Check out some of Kissimmee’s spooky, socially-distant Halloween experiences.

Old Town’s Drive-In Halloween Movies – Located in the heart of Kissimmee, Old Town is bringing classic Halloween movies to your car this October. This family-friendly event is perfect for all ages and a great opportunity to enjoy movies on the big screen. The month’s line-up includes “Beetlejuice,” “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” “Scream,” and “Hocus Pocus.” Parking admission is $10 per vehicle and includes all seated passengers.

Scream N’ Stream at Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures – If you’re looking for frights and thrills, this is the right option for you. This experience brings horror movies to life from the seat of your car. Drive your way through the 30-minute theatrical experience along a 1.2-mile dark forest road with live performers, props, lighting, audio, and more.

Gators, Ghosts and Goblins at Gatorland – This family-friendly daytime Halloween event takes place weekends through Nov. 1. The event encourages guests to come dressed in costume, and features costume contests, a trick-or-treat trail, a variety of specialty vendors, games, giveaways, and a spooky train ride.

Flicks & Frights at SeaWorld Orlando – SeaWorld Orlando is offering a drive-in theater experience for guests of all ages, offering both family-friendly and horror movies. Reservations are available now for festivities taking place Saturdays through Oct. 31, and Fridays Oct. 23 and 30. The line-up features “Ghost Busters,” “IT,” “The Purge,” and more.

FantasyWorld Resort’s Halloween Horrors – Through Nov. 14, FantasyWorld is inviting families to a socially-distanced Halloween experience, featuring a dark and immersive fright room packed with scary animatronics. The fright room allows only one family at a time for each walk-through. The fright room experience is open to the public daily from 5 to 8 p.m., but those staying on-site will benefit from free unlimited walk-throughs, Sunday through Thursday. For a more kid-friendly experience, the resort has created the “Kreepy Karnival,” a play space for younger children.
