Realtrack Inc. recently bought a six-acre commercial site on Poinciana Boulevard near the intersection at Crescent Lake, south of Poinciana High School. This area will be turned into a family-friendly food truck depot, which will have entertainment and 40 different food trucks.
Much like a similar concept park in Houston, Street Feast will have a beer garden, live entertainment, an arcade, playground, band shell, private cabanas to rent and splash park. There will be enough covered seating for over 700.
Estimated time for this project is one year.

A Health and Safety Fair takes place on Friday, July 26 from 12-2 p.m. at the Poinciana Library. Learn about health safety and the benefits of an active lifestyle. This event includes representatives from different organizations and community programs.
Also Friday, Chair Yoga for Seniors and Beginners takes place from 10-11 a.m. This course helps support your mental, physical and spiritual health. This chair-based exercise is for all ages. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
The Kitchen Reader meets monthly discussing recipes and techniques as well as sampling and sharing new dishes. This month’s selection is The Noom Kitchen: 100 healthy, delicious, flexible recipes for every day. The Kitchen Reader will be on Saturday, July 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration is required. The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV) is collecting school supplies. School supplies will be collected, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Friday, Aug. 2. Drop off sites are: the Anthony DePalma Event Center, 395 Marigold Ave., Poinciana Community Center, 445 Marigold Ave. and the APV Fitness Center, 397 Marigold Ave.
HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital continues to support the community by collecting book bags and new school supplies for local students in Poinciana. Drop off donations at the Hospital’s main lobby through Friday, Aug. 2.
As of July 1, HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital has named Nathalie Espinales as Chief Financial Officer. Espinales served as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital since July 31, 2023. Prior to her role at HCA Aventura Hospital, Espinales served as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Grand Strand Medical Center.
Espinales’s background also includes experience as a finance manager at The Palace Group in Miami, Florida.
