POINCIANA NEWS — First for the 4th—Saturday’s APV celebration

Get ready to celebrate America at Association of Poinciana Village’s (APV) Spectrum Fireworks Spectacular on Saturday, June 28 at the Amphitheater at Vance Harmon Park. The fun begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m.

“This annual event is one of our largest and most beloved celebrations in Poinciana. We hope you will come out and enjoy the festivities with us,” said Mark Maldonado, APV General Manager.

More than 1,500 residents and guests are expected to attend this evening of entertainment, community and patriotic pride. This year’s Fireworks Spectacular will feature high-energy live music from The Rundown and event emcee Natalia Ortiz. There will also be a Kids Zone as well as food and beverage trucks, dozens of vendors and many raffles with prizes. Guests can experience field entertainment, including LED robots, hoopers and jugglers.

Starting at 9 p.m., Pyrotecnico will bring the night to life with the grand finale and main attraction: the fireworks display choreographed to music. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the festivities.

Event attendees should park at the Poinciana Activity Campus at 445 Marigold Avenue, to ride the complimentary shuttle bus. The shuttle will be circling every 20 minutes from the Campus to the event venue from 5:30-11 p.m., stopping only during the fireworks.

Opportunities are available for sponsors and vendors to participate in the fun. For more information, contact APV LifeStyle Manager, Enilia Batista, at Enilia.Batista@fsresidential.com. Interested vendors can also register at https://tinyurl.com/yezcu3tu.
