The Kissimmee Festival of Lights in Historic Downtown Kissimmee is perfect for the whole family. Thousands of residents and visitors will line Broadway and Dakin Street Saturday night to join in for a holiday event full of music, floats, and thousands of holiday lights. Enjoy cookie decorating, pictures with Santa, and more, starting on the Veterans Lawn at Kissimmee Lakefront Park at 3 p.m. The parade will begin at 7:30 p.m. Arrive early! The Festival of Lights is sponsored by the City of Kissimmee, AdventHealth and Kissimmee Utility Authority.

You’re invited to give back this holiday season. Join the Promenade at Sunset Walk, Marine Corps Reserve, and Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in support of Toys for Tots on Sunday, Dec. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A two-toy donation is suggested for all car and truck owners and spectators for the children of Central Florida. Cash donations are also accepted. Music in provided by by DJ Scotty B. and Team, and Santa Claus will make special appearances throughout the day. There will be hundreds of dollars in raffle prize giveaways to show car participants, including a stay at the Margaritaville Resort Orlando Hotel, plus Top 3 Merchant’s Choice Trophies.

Have you been naughty or nice? There is something for both at Krush Brau Park on Saturdays. Come meet Santa from 12-4 p.m. if you been nice, but if you’ve been on the naughty list this year, Krampus is waiting from 5-9 p.m. For more information visit www. krushbraupark.com.

Join The First Baptist Church of Kissimmee’s Worship Choir, Orchestra, and Living Nativity as they celebrate Christ’s birth!
