The fun keeps getting bigger and bigger at Fun Spot – it’s huge!

Now through April 11, guests can experience Mardi Gras at Fun Spot’s Kissimmee and Orlando locations.

From traditional, themed dishes such as jambalaya (spicy sausage, shrimp, chicken, peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic, and Creole seasoning, served over rice with a corn muffin) and Cajun fries (freshcut French fries tossed in Cajun seasoning, served with Nawlins Sauce) to adult beverages including the huge hurricane (rum, passionfruit juice, orange juice, and grenadine) and Blue Bayou (vodka, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and orange juice). And for dessert? Classic Beignets, Fat Tuesday Funnel Cake, King Cake Sundae, Mardi Gras Festival Apples (dipped in caramel) and more.

Plus, children ages 12 and under are invited to participate in the Mardi Gras Parade every Saturday. This includes the Fun Spot Train decorated in catch beads. Children celebrating a birthday can become honorary kings and queens, following the trains throughout the parade route. Parade times can be found at https://fun-spot.com/mardi-gras-orlandoand-kissimmee/.

Fun Spot has been committed to providing safe, clean fun to Central Florida for more than 23 years. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, some health and safety protocols have been added to the park’s commitment:

• Temperature checks for all team members at start of shift.

• Enhanced sanitation training for team members.

• Frequent cleanings for high-touch surfaces.

• Team members are required to wear face masks at all times.

• Team members handling food, beverage, and cash are required to wear gloves.

In addition, guests are required to bring and wear their own face coverings and asked to maintain physical distancing from other households. Hand sanitizing stations have been added throughout Fun Spot’s parks.
