The Osceola County Sheriff's Office reports it's made an arrest in a fatal shooting that occurred Thursday in Poinciana.Jovaniel Lopez-Marrero, 21, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder. He's been booked intothe Osceola County Jail without bond, jail records show.

St. Cloud City Council approved a fourth budget amendment for this fiscal year, allocating $3,230,900 in additional funds for various City projects. The funds come from prior-year savings, state and federal grants, and higher-than-expected fees from new development.
