Nine members or associates of the RMS/EBK gang (Respect Money Structure/Everybody Killer) have pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges, including a Kissimmee man.
Christian Roux-Rey, 23, faces 15 years to life in prison when he is set to be sentenced on July 29.
According to the Department of Justice, the criminal activities of the RMS/EBK gang have been under investigation since December 2022, when an overdose death exposed the organization and its criminal enterprise. Court documents show Roux-Rey was the leader of the drug trafficking organization and supplied controlled substances to and directed other members of the conspiracy, and sold drugs to an undercover detective and to someone who died of a drug overdose.
He and Rebecca Murray, another of the nine to plead guilty to these federal charges, were arrested in 2023 by St. Cloud and Orlando police after a Department of Children and Families investigation into drug activity at a residence they shared with their child present. Roux-Rey served 36 months in jail on a charge of felony child neglect without great bodily harm.
