“I don’t see how a pumpkin patch could be more sincere than this one,” as it was said in the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. A quick glance at the place where North Main and Brack streets meet in downtown Kissimmee, reveals just another church building.

Pinktoberfest rescheduled for Nov. 26

Note: After the press deadline, the event was rescheduled. Pinktoberfest 2022, presented by Pink Heals St. Cloud and Logan Smith, takes place Nov. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lakefront Park. Pinktoberfest’s goal is to raise awareness and support those battling any type of cancer.

The 2022 Halloween House at 922 Dartmouth Court is lit! After a Hurricane Ian delay, the house is aglow with some big changes. This elaborate display of lights is synchronized to music (music accessed at 99.7 FM on your radio). This free event is presented by Poinciana resident Rob Gallo.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, the focus of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) remains on search and rescue, cleanup, and the safety of Florida’s residents and visitors.

Kudos to the Catfish Place for providing over 150 meals for the Deputies and support staff at the Osceola County Sheriff ’s Office, who were activated during Hurricane Ian. New Faith Community Church from Holopaw blessed the Florida National Guard at Osceola Heritage Park with a church service.
