Poinciana Christian Church will be hosting its 15th annual Drive-Thru Christmas Story on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 6-9 p.m. This is a free event open to the public. View scenes of the Christmas Story (complete with music, scriptures and live actors) from your car.

Osceola County NAACP to hold election of officers

The Osceola County Branch NAACP 5121 on Nov. 11 will hold its election of officers and at-large members of the Executive Committee. Polls will be open from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, Dr. T.C. Callahan Fellowship Hall (annex), 400 E. Columbia Ave., Kissimmee.

Osceola History presents Living History Day at Pioneer Village the second Saturday of each month featuring re-enactors, pioneer life demonstrations and monthly themed activities. The November event will feature a Seminole camp and demonstrations in observance of Native American Heritage Month.
