A person was killed Thursday night in Kissimmee after a SunRail train hit a vehicle.
The crash happened on East Vine Street at the railroad tracks.
A 911 call came in to the Kissimmee Police Department at approximately 6:15 p.m. after a car heading westbound on East Vine Street was hit by a SunRail train.
At least one person was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to police officials.
The westbound lanes of East Vine Street were shut down between Michigan and Orange Blossom Trail for several hours pending an investigation.
