The City of St. Cloud Community Development Department, along with Public Works, Building, and Permitting, will host a free workshop on Thursday, Oct. 22 from 9-11 a.m. to help people considering a development project to better understand the process, how to prepare before submitting an application, requirements, expected timelines, resources and more.
