Osceola High once again dominated the county girls’ volleyball scene, in a year that Kowboy Cate Palmi closes out her own dominate career on the court.

Osceola Magic guard Javonte Smart found some great Christmas gifts for his family this year. He brought back genuine used Team USA jerseys after playing for the team as it won the first two games of the Federal International Basketball Association (FIBA) World Cup qualifying tournament.

Camden, Freedom dominate 14th Knockout Classic

Camden (Ga.) captured three championships and placed nine wrestlers on the podium to run away with the team title at the 14th Annual Knockout Christmas Classic wrestling tournament at Silver Spurs Arena.Orlando’s Freedom High outdistanced Viera (148-106) for the girls’ team title.

Knockout Classic returns to Silver Spurs Arena mats

One of the most prestigious high school wrestling tournaments in the nation returns to the Silver Spurs Arena for the 14th Annual Knockout Christmas Classic this weekend.More than 60 teams from nine different states are slated to participate in boys, girls, and youth divisions.

FHSAA releases final 2026-28 football districts

After releasing proposed district lineups for the 2026-28 football seasons on Dec. 8, the Florida High School Athletic Association finalized them Wednesday, making a few changes that affected Osceola County's teams.

Osceola Magic close out December home slate; when you can see them again

The Osceola Magic closed out the NBA G League Showcase Cup portion of their 2025-26 with three losses to the Memphis Hustle – the last two by a combined five points.Despite finishing 8-6, they’ll still play two games in the G League Showcase this weekend at the Orange County Convention Center.
