Orlando City rebounds from loss, roars past Nashville, 3-0

On a beautiful Florida evening at Inter&Co Stadium, Orlando City SC rebounded from last week's 3-0 defeat to Sporting Kansas City with a convincing win over Nashville SC by the same score.The packed house witnessed a display of skill and determination from the home team.

Eagles still undefeated with first win over Harmony since 2004

Heading into Friday night, Poinciana had exactly one football win against Longhorns in school history and that came in 2004 – the year Harmony opened. That’s changed in a big way as the Eagles pushed their season record to 2-0 with a convincing 26-5 win over Longhorns (0-2).

Osceola County's two teams with new head coaches -- which won their Kickoff Classics last week -- met in our only matchup of in-county teams Friday. And, after a two-and-a-half hour lightning delay, it was Poinciana getting off to a 1-0 start, beating host Celebration, 34-14.

Friday night was time for high school football teams to finally go against someone wearing a different colored uniform. While the Kickoff Classics this week are preseason games and don't count for or against team records, it doesn't mean the intensity level isn't higher than high.
