In the midst of these unprecedented times, the Osceola News-Gazette has been working to keep you informed with accurate and timely information pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our community here locally.

Likewise, we understand how this is affecting our local businesses and consumers alike including our own business as it stands today. We’re also mindful of our youth and families during this time and wish everyone health and prosperity as we move forward.

While we will continue to report daily online www.aroundosceola.com and in our Thursday publication in print; we regretfully have to announce that at this time we will no longer publish a Saturday edition and our office will be closed to the public on Fridays. This decision was not made lightly, but we want to assure readers that we will continue to update timely and accurate information as it becomes available and pertains to our community. You will still be able to access all the latest on our website daily.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to all of our readers, and the business community. Without you, we could not do what we have done for over 128 years now and running. Your support is what keeps community papers vibrant and you informed.

Please feel free to reach out to us as we strive to continue to be your number one news source during this very difficult time and also in the future. We invite you to visit www.aroundosceola.com. We would like to ask you to share your stories of coping, heroism or helping others. Send them to editor@osceolanewsgazette.com or message us through https://www.facebook.com/osceolanewsgazette/.
