The City of Kissimmee’s Planning and Zoning Division is hosting the Lunch and Learn session, "Understanding the Development Review Process," to help individuals considering a development project better understand where to start, what to expect, and how to prepare before submitting an application. It will be held Sept. 22 in English and Sept. 23 in Spanish from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The session will provide an overview of the City’s development review process, including application requirements, expected timelines, factors that may affect the process, and available resources. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions directly to the Planning staff. The goal is to help participants better understand the process and requirements before beginning a development project.

This session will be held at the Kissimmee City Hall Development Services Center, 101 Church Street, Kissimmee. A complimentary lunch will be provided. Space is limited to 24 participants each, and registration is required via the links below:
