We were affected by many of the outer bands of Tropical Storm Cristobal this weekend.

Hot and humid air was coming in from the Gulf of Mexico, making the atmosphere very unstable , That resulted in numerous storms producing wind of 40 to 50 miles per hour as well as torrential downpours and several tornadoes including an EF-1 in the Orlando area.

We will continue to be in an unsettled weather pattern with a 50 percent chance of thunderstorms each day through the weekend with the heat and humidity continuing. There will be afternoon high temperatures between 85 to 90 and dropping to around 72 at night.
