St. Cloud summer camp sending kids, staff home due to COVID-19 case

Effective immediately, the city of St. Cloud is sending all kids and summer camp staff home due to a staff member who has tested positive for COVID-19.

“Out of an abundance of caution, and at the advice of the county health department, we are sending all the kids home and shutting down,” said Stephanie Holtkamp, director of Parks and Recreation for the city.

Camp staff and children who were enrolled in the summer camp will need to have their temperatures taken every morning and every evening for 10 days and be monitored for symptoms.

Anyone who develops symptoms should be tested for COVID-19.
