St. Cloud motorcyclist runs red light, killed in crash

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the 68-year-old St. Cloud resident was driving the motorcycle southbound on Narcoossee Road, when according to witnesses, he ran a red light.

A 44-year-old  St. Cloud resident was driving a SUV eastbound on Thompkins Drive, when the motorcyclist entered the intersection. The SUV hit the motorcycle, which ejected the rider. He later died at the St. Cloud hospital.

The crash remains under investigation.
