Reporting an issue, paying a St. Cloud utilities bill and looking for city job openings are all just a click away with the new St. Cloud Connect app, launched this month by the city of St. Cloud.

“The St. Cloud Connect app puts the power to easily interact with the city in the palm of your hand, using any Apple or Android smart phone,” said City Manager William Sturgeon. “Our goal is to make it easy for our residents to find the information they need, or to communicate with us, at a time and in a way that’s convenient for them.”

On the St. Cloud Connect app, residents can interact with city hall in a variety of ways, including paying their utilities bills, finding out what day their solid waste collection is scheduled, reporting a pothole, requesting a repair for a broken solid waste cart, viewing job openings, reporting non-violent crimes and many other common requests. Additionally, agendas for upcoming meetings are available, along with a calendar of City meetings.

“St. Cloud Connect is another vehicle our residents can use to interact with us,” Sturgeon said. “It is convenient to have access to all that on your mobile device, anytime of the day or night.”

The free St. Cloud Connect app is available or download to Apple or Android smart devices, at the App Store and Google Play. Users already registered on the city’s web site will need to create a new username and password for the app.
