Taking the stage with true Florida heart for a Monumental 4th of July Celebration at the Kissimmee Lakefront Monday was state band Sister Hazel. The group that brought us hits like chart-topper "All For You" played for the masses for the event keeping everyone entertained and dancing hours before the fireworks.

Sister Hazel frontman, Ken Block, mentioned during the performance, “Love everyone getting together in the community and in your life, it’s our country.”

Block was able to take time out to speak about the performance from the Gainesville-based band and the celebration of the evening.

“Hey man, I had a great time today. Being from Florida, I love being able to celebrate like this,” he said. “All kinds of people from all walks of life all coming together, a sense of community and camaraderie you can feel it’s visible. Everyone is having a great time and we were just honored to be apart of it and represent our Sunshine state roots.”
