Sheriff's Office arrested man in Celebration after making bomb threat to Under Armour company

A disgruntled customer was arrested in Celebration, after he alleged that he had but a bomb in an Under Armour company building.

Mark Alan Burk, 57, was charged with false report of planting a bomb or explosive device.

On April 4, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint from the Under Armour corporation after it received a bomb threat made by Burk, according to a Sheriff’s Office report.

Burk was upset about an online order he had placed. While making his complaint on the phone, he became irate and vulgar with several representatives of the company. Burk then made threats he had planted a bomb in the company building. He also stated he had put a bomb in the call takers home, telling her he was going to kill her, the report stated. After an investigation, a felony arrest warrant was obtained for Burk. Members of the Person’s Crime Unit located and arrested Mark Burk in Celebration. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail on a $2,500 bond.
