Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court Armando Ramírez will offer residents with a suspended driver license the opportunity to pay overdue court obligations, including traffic tickets, while saving up to 40 percent in additional fees during Operation Green Light 2020.

Customers may also be able to have suspended driver licenses reinstated. Payment plans will be available for those individuals that are not able to completely satisfy the amount owed.

Due to COVID-19, the Clerk’s Office has decided to give customers the option of participating in Operation Green Light 2020 virtually or in-person. Individuals can attend the event at the Osceola County Courthouse, located at 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Monday, Nov. 9, through Friday, Nov. 20, during regular business hours, 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Customers may also check for a suspended license, request a payment plan and complete the event survey at the Clerk’s Office website www.osceolaclerk.com under the “Services” tab and selecting “OGL-Driver License Reinstatement.” Any payment plans completed during the weekend days of the event will be honored.

The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will be on site with their Florida Licensing on Wheels, or FLOW, vehicle to print new licenses and provide additional services.  The FLOW vehicle will be available on Monday, Nov. 16, and Friday, Nov. 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. All customers will be required to adhere to all safety and health requirements before entering the courthouse and FLOW vehicle.

“Despite the many challenges Clerk’s Offices have faced this year, I am excited to bring back this event to the residents and members of Osceola County. This initiative has been extremely successful in helping many,” said Ramirez. With the safety and well being of all at high importance, and to serve as many people as possible, I am thrilled to announce the in-person and virtual event of Operation Green Light 2020. I am proud of all the hard work that went into providing this event and making it the best experience possible.”
