The Osceola County Sheriff's Office reports one man is dead and three others were injured in a drive-by shooting that occurred Friday afternoon at a small grocery store just east of Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee.

Sheriff Marcos Lopez said the investigation thus far is that it was an isolated incident, and they don't think those in the neighborhood of the Key West Market on Old Dixie Highway near Tremont Avenue have to worry that a gunman is lurking in the area.

Lopez reported that Jaqwan Dockery, 27, was shot and killed in front of the store. The conditions of three others at a local hospital was unknown beyond "stable", Lopez said.

The shooting took place around 3:15 p.m. this afternoon. Sheriff's deputies were called as Old Dixie Highway is in an enclave outside the city of Kissimmee limits. There still is no information on or description of a suspect, as the Sheriff's Office is still gathering information and evidence. Crime scene investigators have been canvassing the neighborhood for information since shortly after arriving on scene.
