Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives Thursday arrested a Kissimmee man after they were alerted that he may be sharing and storing child sexual abuse material.

Alex Ramon, 32, was charged with ten counts of possessing child sexual abuse material, each one a second-degree felony. He is being held in the Osceola County Jail without bond.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports it was notified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of an incident regarding an individual file sharing and storing child sexual abuse material in its jurisdiction area. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit began investigating the incident and served a search warrant Thursday at a home on Grouse Avenue in Kissimmee.  During a forensic review of the evidence on the scene, detectives located device belonging to Ramon containing child sex abuse material.
