A Kissimmee man already on pre-trial release for possession of child pornography was arrested again on Tuesday for the same charges.

According to an Osceola County Sheriff’s Office press release, on Dec. 3, the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children notified the agency about an incident involving child sexual exploitation material.

Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children unit began an investigation.

On Tuesday, detectives served a search warrant at a Gardenia Road home regarding the incident. The suspect, Carlos Enrique Valentin-Delgado, 69, is currently on pre-trial release after being arrested by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement on Sept. 17, 2019, for 10 counts of possession of photo/video of sexual performance of a child, the press release stated.

Valentin-Delgado was not cooperative with the Sheriff’s Office. However, based on evidence obtained during the investigation, he was arrested and charged with 10 counts of photo/video of sexual performance of a child. Valentin-Delgado was booked into the Osceola County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
