Submitted by the Osceola Clerk of Court’s office:

Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit Court Armando Ramírez said he expects to reopen all services at the Clerk’s Office on June 1.

This reopening date was determined by taking into consideration extensions of the postponement and cancellation of certain court proceedings in orders issued by the Florida Supreme Court of Florida and the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

On April 6, the Supreme Court issued an order, extending, refining and strengthening previously enacted temporary remedial measures that are to remain in effect until close of business day on May 29.

On April 14, Chief Judge Myers issued an administrative order extending the postponement and cancellation of certain court proceedings that were scheduled between March 16 and May 29.

These orders reference the current public health emergency and the advice of medical experts of having small gatherings and maintaining social distancing to avoid exposure to the virus.

While the Clerk’s Office remains closed to the public, it continues to provide the following services.
