The St. Cloud Police Department is looking for information to help identify the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a man early Saturday morning on 13th Street.
Police say the vehicle involved (pictured) is possibly a white or light-colored, newer-model Chevrolet Trax that now likely has front-end damage. It was the first of two vehicles that struck a man as he attempted to walk across the road also known as U.S. Highway 192 near Tennessee Avenue around 4 a.m. Saturday morning. The small SUV was traveling west, in the direction of Budinger Avenue and points west, when the crash happened.
The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and has cooperated with the investigation, a police spokesperson said.
