APV events coming up: SpringFest and Easter Egg Hunt, Sweetheart Dance, Family Bingo night
With Valentine’s Day behind, it’s time to get ready for Easter, and that includes local vendors.
The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV) SpringFest and Easter Egg Hunt will be on Saturday, April 9, from 11 a.m to 2 p.m. at the Poinciana Community Center field (445 Marigold Ave.)
This is one of Poinciana’s largest events of the year, featuring an Easter Egg hunt, the Easter Bunny, a DJ, magic show, food trucks and vendors.
Vendor fees are: Food truck or tent, $125; 10x10 lawn vendor space only, $100; vendor space (6’ table and 2 chairs provided by APV), $150; same vendor space with a 10 x 10 tent provided by APV, $200; 10 x 10 handmade craft vendor space only, $70.
Contributing sponsorship opportunities are available. The $500 sponsorship includes vendor set-up, company name listed on all publications, social media “Shout Out” and MC recognition during the event. The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV) Annual Sweetheart Dance will be Saturday at 6 p.m. at the Poinciana Community Center (395 Marigold Ave.) Attendees will enjoy light bites, a D.J., dancing and more. Enjoy an after-Valentine’s Day night out with your sweetie or gather some friends for a night of laughter and fun. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. What’s better than a Family Bingo night? Make it the Family Bingo & Movie Under the Stars.
APV Lifestyles will host the event on Saturday, March 12 at 6 p.m. on the lawn of the Mary Jane Arrington Gym and Aquatic Center (625 Country Club Dr.)The Disney Movie ‘Encanto’ will be shown.
Bingo begins at 6 p.m. and the movie begins at 7 p.m.
