Join the City of Kissimmee and Osceola Arts for a free evening of art, music, and culture at City Hall on Sept. 22 from 5-6 p.m. Local artists will showcase work inspired by the cultures, traditions, and stories of Hispanic heritage. Spectrum News 13 anchor Ybeth Bruzual will host the evening.
