News Service of Florida — Many Florida homeowners would see their property tax bills eliminated or severely cut under a plan released Wednesday by Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Florida lawmakers complete budget deals, set for vote Friday

Will magistrate action help bring completion to St. Cloud Hotel construction?

While the project is a historic preservation on paper, the work to revitalize the St. Cloud Hotel at 10th Street and New York Avenue has dragged out over the past couple years as work has slowed to a call, scaffoldings have become synonymous with the old-style architecture.

Repeat exposure offender arrested in Kissimmee

A man with prior convictions of exposure of sexual organs was arrested on the same charge this week, Osceola County Sheriff's deputies report.Anthony Santana, 22, was arrested at a store on Vineland Road Tuesday and charged with a felony count of exposure of sexual organs second offense.
