Looking to hunt eggs … or the Easter Bunny? Here’s a few themed events for the family this weekend:
HCA Florida Hunter’s Creek Emergency at 12100 S. John Young Parkway is excited to welcome local residents to its free family celebration featuring an Easter egg hunt and visits/photos with the Easter Bunny. The celebration will feature games and activities including a glow-inthe- dark Easter egg hunt on Thursday, April 17 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Easter Bunny arrives at 5:45 p.m. Meet the care team members and answer questions about our emergency healthcare services.
Check out downtown Kissimmee’s premiere Easter event on April 19. Kissimmee Main Street presents Hop on Broadway from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Take family photos with the Easter Bunny, get candy and treats from local vendors, egg hunts, live entertainment and other fun activities. Included this year is the “Kissimmee Hopstar” singing contest for ages 7-11—the contest starts at 12:30 p.m.; register by April 2.
Kissimmee Valley Feed, 215 13th St., will hold an Eggciting egg event on Saturday, April 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Eggciting egg event is packed with fun activities for kids and pups alike. There will be an egg hunt for the kids and the pups will have fun sniffing out their own treats. Pin the tail on the bunny games and a guessing game on how many peeps are in the jar for a chance to win prizes. Milo’s Dog Rescue will be onsite with adoptable puppies. Bring your 4-legged friends and enjoy.
The inaugural Old Town Easter Bunny Meet & Greet is on Saturday, April 19 from 2-4 p.m. with the Easter Bunny on stage. Photo opportunities with The Easter Bunny and a free special gift while supplies last.
The special day for all also includes the Saturday Night Classic Car Show and Cruise. The Car Show begins at 1 p.m. with vehicles on display during the day prior to the Car Cruise down Old Town’s Main Street at 8:30 p.m. The Main Street stage will feature live bands throughout the day and night.
Wild Florida, 3301 Lake Cypress Rd., Kenansville, will hold an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April, 19 at 8:15 a.m. Bring your own Easter basket to collect eggs and be on the look-out for a Golden Easter egg. This event is for children 12 and under and is limited to 50 children. Each sign-up includes free admission to the gator park for one child and one adult.

The Association of Poinciana Village’s (APV) LifeStyles is planning it’s Eggstravaganza and Spring Fest on Saturday, April 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Community Yard behind the Victory Pool, 425 Marigold Ave. The Eggstravaganza features egg hunts, inflatables, games food trucks, vendors and more.
Bunnyville Bash, an event by Polk County Parks and Recreation takes place on Saturday, April 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Poinciana Community Park, 5109 Allegheny Rd. This free event includes photos with the Easter Bunny, games, inflatables, food vendors and activities for all ages.
Enjoy a family fun day on Easter Sunday, April 20 at Conquer Church, 2956 Pleasant Hill Rd. Starting immediately after service at 4:30 p.m., enjoy games and activities, food and refreshments, crafts and gifts and an Easter egg hunt.
