Toho Water Authority has announced that it will begin service disconnections again starting Aug. 3 for unpaid bills.

On March 17, Toho Water Authority (Toho) implemented a pandemic plan in response to coronavirus (COVID-19) to better serve our customers.

The plan included the suspension of service disconnections and late fees for all customers.

As the community enters recovery, and begins to reopen, Toho officials said they would resume its normal billing and collections procedures, as many utilities across the country have done. Service disconnection procedures will resume on Monday, August 3.

To assist during these challenging times, Toho is offering financial programs to help customers. Customers can visit www.tohosupport.com to learn more about our financial programs and to apply for them. Customers can also call us at 407-944-5000 for assistance.

Customers who may have been unable to pay their bills or have fallen behind on payments, are encouraged to request assistance before Aug. 3, 2
