The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested three teenagers, who are accused of committing a rash of vehicle burglaries in Harmony.

Kenneth Roldan-Rosario, 17, Steven Woodward, 19, and Joel Perez, 17, were transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Orlando.

On Feb. 13, a stolen vehicle was found and approximately 25 vehicle burglaries had occurred in Harmony. Some vehicles were burglarized by the suspects breaking car windows, but most occurred by the teens opening unlocked car doors, according to a Sheriff’s Office report.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office East Property Crime detectives started their investigation and soon identified several suspects in this case. Detectives arrested four suspects – three of the four suspects were involved in the burglaries.

Detectives were able to recover several stolen items stolen from the Harmony burglaries. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges or arrests may be forthcoming.

Sheriff’s Office officials want to remind residents to lock their vehicles and make sure not to leave any valuables in a vehicle. Over 70 percent of vehicle burglaries occur from unlocked vehicles, the report stated.  Anyone with information concerning the case or any others like it, are asked to contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office at 407-348-2222 or Crimeline at 1-800-423-8477, where information leading to a felony arrest may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
