Kissimmee man arrested for sexually battering 12-year-old

A Kissimmee man who was sexually battering a 12-year-old child and recording it was arrested by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, a report stated.

 On Oct. 4, the Sheriff’s Office was alerted that the suspect, Raymond Woodrow Egan, 76, was producing videos showing the sexual battery of the 12-year old child, according to an agency report. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit began an investigation into the incident, which led to a search warrant at a Granger Avenue home Kissimmee.

During the search warrant, multiple electronic items were seized. Woodrow was cooperative with the investigation. Based on evidence obtained at the scene, Woodrow was initially booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond for three counts of lewd and lascivious battery.

On Oct. 5, a forensic examination was conducted on the electronic devices seized, which revealed thousands of photos and videos depicting Woodrow sexually battering the 12-year-old child, the report stated. Woodrow was then additionally charged with 10 counts of promotion/production of child pornography.

Based on the information obtained by detectives, there is a possibility there could be additional juvenile victims. Sheriff’s Office officials are asking anyone with information on this subject or possible victims to contact the agency at 407-348-2222.
