We will continue to see a wet weather pattern through Friday with at least a 50 percent chance of thunderstorms on most afternoons, and some of these storms can get rather intense on these hot humid afternoons, as we have been seeing recently.

Many of the storms will produce downpours along with cloud-to-ground lightning and wind over 40 miles an hour. High temperatures will range from the upper 80s to low 90s and only dropping to about 72 degrees at night.

We will have a crescent moon in the Western sky during the evening, and between midnight and daylight we have Jupiter and Saturn together in the southern sky.

Next week we will recap the month of May and talk about June, as we are less than a month away from the start of summer.
