At Toho Water Authority (Toho), we’re all about the customer experience and being a good neighbor. Serving our customers is about more than delivering reliable water services. It also means empowering residents with the tools and services to become water-wise consumers.
Toho team members worked together to create a useful information booklet. The free booklet was recently released in digital format, and is a guide to Toho’s services and programs. Toho serves over 100,000 customers throughout Kissimmee, Poinciana and unincorporated areas of Osceola County. The guide is targeting new customers; however, the material is also helpful for existing customers.
Toho’s customer information booklet includes:
- How you can interact with us
- Ways to pay your bills
- Assistance programs
- Community projects
- Tips for wise water use
The 20-page guide also describes processes and procedures for operations and regulations, and thing’s to know about Central Florida’s water.
As the booklet makes clear, Toho focuses on the customer experience of learning more about all the programs that our water utility offers.
New customers who sign up for service will receive a link to access the booklet in their confirmation email. Customer Service representatives will also use it in their emails to new customers.
Future plans include a Spanish version, and printed copies of the booklet. Digital and physical postcards may also be created to send to new customers informing them of the Customer Information Booklet.
The Customer booklet is available online at www.tohowater.com/infobook.
