The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV) presents its first Poinciana’s Virtual Talent Show.
This talent competition is open to all ages. If you can sing, dance or act this is your time to shine!
The first-place prize is a $100 Amazon gift card; $75 for second-place; and $25 for third. The winners will also receive a trophy.
Talent acts should be no longer than 60 seconds. All acts will be shared on APV’s social media platforms. Complete and return the participation form on APV’s Facebook page to: liz. wargo@fsresidential.com. Entries will be accepted up to Sunday, Jan. 31.

In partnership with Osceola County Office of Emergency Management, the Osceola Library System is hosting the Severe Weather Awareness Week contest for students in grades K to 5.
Draw, paint or digitally create an original work of art about Florida’s sometimes severe weather. This should illustrate what you should do to prepare and include a written safety message to help teach other about severe weather safety.

Central Florida Health Care, Inc. will be supervising and organizing a walk up and drive through COVID-19 screening and testing on Tuesday, Jan. 19, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., at Poinciana Medical Center, 325 Cypress Parkway, in the hospital’s visitors parking lot.
Screening and testing will not be conducted by Poinciana Medical Center. For more information, including screening and testing qualifications conduct Central Florida Health Care at 866-234- 8534.
