Have you ventured to Osceola Heritage Park’s website — OHPark.com — lately? If not, check it out, and you’ll find a new website refreshed to change with the times and the tech.
"The last refresh for the site was in 2016. A lot of stuff has changed. Now we can provide a refreshed digital experience for our guests,” said OHP Director of Marketing and Public Relations Shawn LaDouceur.
He said the park worked with its facility management company, ASM Global, on the new look, incorporating some of its company-wide elements to it, in partnership with industry leader Simpleview.
One of them is a “sizzle reel,” in essence a highlight reel of the biggest events to come to OHP, that can be featured on social media or Youtube. Currently it showcases the Silver Spurs Rodeo, Mecum Auction and Osceola Magic basketball team.
“It shows how much really goes on at OHP. These days, when people hear about an event, they look it up on their phone,” LaDouceur said. “The new site is optimized for those devices."
The new site, he said, improves navigation through event information, to ticketing, to information about the park’s different venues, like the Silver Spurs Arena, Events Center and Osceola County Stadium.
