Gov. DeSantis closing bars, nightclubs for 30 days

Gov. Ron DeSantis has ordered all bars and nightclubs to close at 5 p.m. today because of COVID-19.

He has also recommended that all restaurants reduce capacity by 50 percent and to stagger tables to make sure there is 6 feet of separation between groups of diners.

DeSantis is also recommending that the state's 12 public universities require remote learning for all students through the end of spring semester.
