Enjoy the festival while your bike is safely monitored at Morse Boulevard across the street from the Amtrak Station parking lot, a free bike valet service. Festival hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
