Sun, sand, staycation: Naples Beach Hotel offers ‘buy 2 nights, get 1 free’

Summer is near. With just a few weeks left until school’s out for summer vacation, it’s time to start planning ahead. Luckily, living in Florida puts us at a bit of an advantage, as Florida is one of the top vacationing spots in the world.

Traveling from Central Florida to the coast is an easy drive for day trips, but sometimes one beach day is just not enough.

The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club is offering an exclusive deal for summer. Between June 4 and Sept. 30, 2018, guests are invited to stay two nights and get a third night free.

The guest rooms and suites feature cool, tropical colors, flat-panel televisions, patios or balconies (with varying views of the Gulf, golf course or lush resort interior), a coffee maker and refrigerator— all for a perfect, relaxing staycation.

“The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club is perfect for a relaxing getaway,” said Jason Parsons, general manager of the family-owned resort. “It is absolutely beautiful here. Plus, there is something at our resort to please almost anyone.”

This AAA Four-Diamond Resort sits on the white-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, as Southwest Florida’s only beachfront resort with an on-site tennis center, luxury spa and championship

golf course.

The full-service spa offers hair and nail services, but also houses nine individual spa treatment rooms, for treatments including the Hot Stone Massage, Revitalizing Fruit Fresh Facial, Moisture Rich Conditioning Wrap, Aroma-Reflexology Massage, Ultimate Lifting Facial, Espresso Mud Detoxifying Wrap, and Signature Salt Scrub.

Additionally, the spa offers separate women’s and men’s relaxation areas and locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, whirlpool baths, state-of-the-art cardio and weight rooms in separate areas, and a private aerobics studio.

While it’s great to relax indoors, resort guests can take their vacation outside for a round of golf. Over the last few years, the resort as spent more than $50 million in renovations and enhancements, one of the major upgrades being the golf course.

The $9 million redesign practically reinvented the course. Completed in November 2016, the plans were designed by golf icon and acclaimed course designer Jack Nicklaus in collaboration with renowned course architect John Sanford. The par-71 course features five tees, ranging from 4,800 to 6,900 yards.

Though these amenities are for adults, the resort offers plenty of leisure for the whole family.

The beachfront pool complex features two pools and whirlpools, while beach rentals are available for a sandier experience. Plus boating and fishing trips can be arranged at the hotel.

The resort also houses multiple restaurants and lounges, including the signature beachfront restaurant HB’s on the Gulf, which offers both indoor and outdoor dining. The Seminole Store offers quick-service deli sandwiches, ice cream, gourmet coffees, pizza, pastries and desserts, all in a cafe atmosphere.

Specifically for the kids is the Beach Kids Club. This complementary, supervised program allows parents to drop off their kids (ages five to 12) so they can enjoy the adult amenities.

“This enables Mom and Dad to play golf on our championship course, enjoy a soothing service at The Spa, play tennis, or simply relax on the beach or by one of the pools – while the kids are having a great time,” said Parsons. “Favorite activities include scavenger hunts, face painting, beach walks, crafts, and games.”

Teens can have their own fun, too, as the resort offers volleyball tournaments, beach olympics, beach-side scavenger hunts and more.
